Logo - Your logo must be less that 70kb and preferably smaller than 200px x 200px.
As a designer you would be expected to carry out the services to your client with a reasonable level of skill and care.
You would be expected to warrant that the work is not only your original work, but that it has not been copied wholly or substantially from any other work or material and that it will not infringe the rights of any third party. You would also be expected to indemnify your client against all and any loss, damages and costs sustained by the client arising out of any breach by you.
From only £99 + VAT we will search against your proposed brand. It's a form of insurance - so why not run a legal check before sending the final proof to your client? Send us your logo and we will provide a quote to you. All quotes in relation to logos are capped at £300 + VAT. We can also carry out words searches from as little as £50 + VAT per word search where you provide 10 or more names for us to search. We carry out searches using specialist software to search against a selection of databases. We also carry out a common law search at Companies House and use Copernic software across 16 major search engines.
