Your trade mark may already be registered

If there are similar marks to your own on the UK IPO database this may cause you problems as your application could be opposed at a later date. This could mean that your mark would not be registered and you may have to pay costs.

With this in mind, it is important that you check to see whether your trade mark is not already being used by someone else. You can do this by:

Going online to www.trademarkroom.com and order a trade mark search.  You will be asked to enter your trade mark details and your own details so we can contact you.  This will cost £50.00+VAT and we will provide you with a report within 24 hours of being instructed.

We will also advise you on what  class(es) of goods or services that you want to apply for.
